Balikbayan boxes

LVM Cargo has chosen to support a wide scale of customers with different needs and different budgets. Therefor we offer you 4 different box sizes in our assortment. To minimize the damage of the box during transport, we have designed a special Balikbayan box. It is made by the a high standard to offer the strength a Balikbayan box needs.

We have no weight limits for Balikbayan boxes although we advise a maximum weight per box.

 

What makes our boxes special?

We have designed our boxes for a maximum strength to protect your valuables. The boxes are made from special carton to give it much more strength. In addition, the carton of the large and XL boxes is 9 mm thick for even more strength.
The unique design of our boxes gives the bottom of the box a maximum strength. The flaps at the bottom of the box twice as big as other Balikbayan boxes. This makes the bottom of the box a 4 layer carton for a very high strength.
Our boxes are for free, although we charge a deposit which you get paid back at the time of collecting your box. 

 

Small box:

Size 54 x 41 x 37 cm = 82 liter gross volume.

It is more than 1,5 time bigger as a Praxis moving box and much stronger. The bottom of the box is almost 3 cm thick. Advised maximum weight about 40 KG.

Medium box:

Size 70 x 42 x 54 cm = 158 liter gross volume.

It is more than 3 times bigger as a Praxis moving box and much stronger. The bottom of the box is almost 3 cm thick. Advised maximum weight about 50 KG.

Large Box:

Size 72 x 48 x 57 cm = 196 liter gross volume.

It is almost 4 times bigger as a Praxis moving box and many times stronger. The bottom of the box is almost 4 cm thick. Advised maximum weight about 60 KG.

XL Box:

Size 80 x 53 x 57 cm = 241 liter gross volume.

It is almost 5 times bigger as a Praxis moving box and many times stronger. The bottom of the box is almost 4 cm thick. Advised maximum weight about 70 KG.
